Sometimes I feel I am the queen of improvising when it comes to the kitchen. I grocery shop about 95% of the time based only on price. If it's not in sale, I probably won't buy it...lol. Because of this, I make a lot of meals based on what's in the house. Last night was one of those nights, and I ended up with a recipe that tastes pretty good.
1 can of refried beans, 1 can of corn kernels, 1/4 cup of butter,1 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup of onions, and garlic salt to taste heated on the stove into a fondue mix. We used saltine crackers for dipping, and over all it was pretty darn good, so I thought share the recipe.
